Probably parrots are the most intelligent of all birds. However it is very
difficult to define what it means to be "intelligent".

Read up on Alex the African grey parrot. Alex identifies objects, counts to
five or six and answers correctly to the question "how many?" and, most
impressively, terminates his training sessions with a demand to go back to
his cage.
