Hello Catalin!

Replying to a message of Catalin T. Bradu of 2:530/300 on 1998/12/03,
13:26:26 said to All at 1:167/133:

CTB> I'm using the following command line in spawnbbs.cmd _after_ the
CTB> end of the BBS to get the last caller info into binkley's history
 CTB> file:

 CTB> btutil32.exe gethist RA 1 c:\ele\lastcall.bbs
 CTB> c:\bink_os2\callhist.all

CTB> This seems to work, with one exception: it always reports the
CTB> _time_ of the last caller wrong - more precisely, there's a 5
CTB> (five) hour difference between the actual time of the call and
CTB> what binkley shows via ALT-H; ie, if the callers entered the BBS
 CTB> at 13:00, binkley reads 18:00.

I'm just guessing, but it may have something to do with your TZ variable?
