I also am very disappointed in Supra/Diamond.
The 'VFC' technology was a bust, and the following support also
is a fluke.  VFC was tooted as 'the next standard', and was soon
swallowed up, and spit out.  We currently have purchased a USR
v.Everything, and have had nothing but cheers for it. Also just for 
the hell of it, we called thier support number, and it was awesome.
So with this message, we are taking our Supra offline, and firing up
our lines with our new USR's. - We are also removing ourselves from
this echo.
