Yes.  It was printed on the underside of the seat.  :-)  Actually, I've put 
enough bungy cords back there holding down my cooler that I don't think 
anything will come loose and hit me.  I'm paranoid about that nowadays. A guy 
came into the emergency center the other day who had just had a major car 
wreck.  His only injury was where the speaker had come loose from the back 
deck and hit him in the back of his head.
