Too many variables to be specific, but at V.32bis you should expect compressed files to transfer at between 1650-1680 cps on average with Zmodem, and maybe 30-40 cps faster with MNP4 and Ymodem-g. Uncompressed files are theoretically capable of being sent at up to 4X the link rate with BTLZ data compression (or LAPM), but normally the best you'll see is around 2.5X (say 3500-3700 cps). Regardless, it's always better to compress these files first.
