Found that just moving the mouse quickly could crash it. In our case, it was 
caused by a nonstandard mouse, mouse was switched, and the problem went away. 
Next time I get close to this machine again, I'll check settings to make sure 
that's all that was necessary (tried different session settings also).
You could probably have worked all day, provided you didn't move the mouse.
