   Believe it or not, there are actually some programs that are free.  They
may not be easy to find though.  I do have an alternative suggestion in 
case you can't find one -- contact some of the smaller, individually owned
schools and ask if there is anything you can do in exchange for lessons. 
You may find one that would be glad to stop cleaning his own bathroom and
washing his own windows.
