  When the title reads  "RE: Election Coming" ...it seems
that it has changed to a flame on me for not wanting to vote
period.   Again, that is my decision, and if I can not come
to grips with anyone representing my interests,then why bother?

  Whether or not you vote doesn't stop anyone from saying they don't
vote, and pointing to taxes being raised anyway...so whats the point?
Before you stated that I had no voice if I didn't vote..so if they
raise them...we'll say for sake of arguement, then they weren't even
interested in hearing me...or anyone else.

Patronage money has always been doled out...ever since Confederation.

Americans are going to defend the USA even inspite of Canada...?
They are going to do whatever to stop threats coming via Canada
whether or not I vote...so I can not figure out where this part
comes in...except that I speak to enough Americans to have a better
input then here in Canada...and I don't vote in the USA either.

 This is the only country in the world, that allows the stupidity of
this Bloc Quebecois to go on unchecked.  And you want me to vote, because
every 5 years or so this bunch can holdup the rest of the country
to blackmail?   Tell them as I do....I'm saving the Canadian Tire
Money for them as currency...Leave!  Separate! Bye!

 I care to see progress!  The Bloc is only in Quebec, along with
their "language police" and whatever...and I don't care whether they
stay or go...but don't hold us all ransom.  NO the word is blackmail.
"Distinct Society" phooey... I would vote if they let the rest of
the country vote on their blackmail every few years.  As for the
bay street boys...well they flop tory or grit with any program they
want for the slobs of the land.  Perhaps no pensions, or no medicare
or whatever will be proposed by either the torys or grits to get
the Bay Street money....but to compare them...well..what can I say?

 Canada was only started out of absolute fear of an American post
Civil War attack due to Britain's support of the Conferate States.
I look at the stats of voter turnout in Canada...and I see that
most voting citizens of Canada did not vote...and as it was covered
in the media there is no point in going over old stuff.

 If Harper and his friends bring down the Liberal minority without
thinking about the polls and the Canadian Public not wanting a
election so soon, then he might find himself worse off.  I wonder
while doing the polls..if the pollsters ask those they polled...
If they voted in the last election?   I wonder how many of the 70%
who didn't vote figured in the poll that was on the news?

Perry you will have to call the polling companys to make sure they
don't ask  non-voters like me.
