 I don't really give a crap as to how anyone wants to portray Bush,
right, left, middle, or whatever. History will show that he was exactly the
right president to occupy the office at exactly the right time (a
consideration that Blair will enjoy as well in his comparable position in
the UK).

None of the rest of the current rhetoric for left or right will make a hill
of beans of meaningfulness whilst looking back upon this era in the future.
They did what was needed, when it was needed, despite the naysayers that
pined for more of the status quo. That is what will be written, get used to
it, or not, your choice.
