That would be easy -- any large hardware store would probably have a
spring that would do.
But it isn't the spring that's the key -- it's the mass of the bolt.
Even without any spring at all, the CB cap will not open the bolt.
What you'd have to do is lighten the bolt -- probably by skeletonizing
it (cutting away most of the metal.)  This would leave it useless for
firing regular .22LR ammo -- so if you did this, the first step would be
to buy a new bolt, keep one for regular use, and start skeletonizing the
other.
