Here in Jersey the public schools get off for a 4 day weekend in 
November for the teachers' convention. *That* seems to be the best time. 
Everyone who visits WDW then says the park is empty enough to have no 
long lines and cool enough to enjoy it.
Winter vacation and spring breaks seem to be the worst times.
 I don't want it too busy and warm but

If you hate the heat stay out of Florida from May until the end of 
September! My father lives down there and my stepmother *dies* with the 
heat during those times.
