Yeah, I hear you. I see more activity on MRC then almost all the IRC channel
I "idle" in. You just need to get there at the right time. Again, the applet
really made things easier. But I hear you and it's why I started the first
organized meetup on wednesdays, then another one got organized but others on
saturdays. By having scheduled events, people know when there will be
activity and join at that time.

I have also added a meetup schedule feature to MRC directly, so now you can
get the schedule right from the client.
