We can see from the origin lines that you are not even in
the same COUNTRY as the person addressed, but the WAN does
not make such fine distinctions, and your local BBS only
sees the name and matches it to its own database.
Networks are funny that way, but so few people laugh when
they start getting 'funny' mail from strangers. :)
The programmer knows that

are separate variables occupying contiguous space.
