I am pleased to announce that Zack Jones is the new co-moderator for
the POWER_BAS echo.  
Zack has been the moderator of the Fidonet TELIX conference and, once 
upon a time, even moderated the QUIK_BAS echo: so he =knows= how to
handle you guys. :)
