Hi Will, 
I wasnt just refering to blind people, I was refering to everyone. if 
a person feels something is wrong for whatever reason they should 
speak up.People speak up for moral issues, religious issues, 
enviromental issues, political issues, etc. An example: they say if you don't 
vote, dont complain when laws are made that you don't agree with. I 
dont want to be a complainer but when somehting I believe is wrong I 
do say soemthing.
