a friend of mine had an idea that seems not stupid, but we cannot realize it 

as we are teaching computers, [and you know, learners are dangerous on 
workstation, with there funny "and what if I clic here ?"]
we'd like to save our standard
configurations on a server (Novell 3.12) with the possibility of booting any 
station with a disket and copy the configuration back.
With a W 3.11 station, it's OK
with W95, it is NOT. I think it's a problem caused by non
8.3 names of file.
Am I right ?
and (more important point) what can I do ?
