You had overlooked the key phrase in my message to Ron - "in this manner".  
The manner in which he jumped into the conversation was what resulted in the 
reply, not the fact that he jumped into the
conversation.  Also, when someone has received Netmail messages regarding 
their postings and then continues along the same thread that the warnings 
were about, things get more serious.

I will not play "word games" or semantics in the echo.  And questions or 
comments regarding Moderator policy though welcomed, are restricted to 
Netmail.  That way they do not cause any disruption of the echo's normal 
discussions.  That is almost directly out of the echo rules.  'nuff said.
And I have been requested by the parties involved (via netmail) to "drop the 
matter" so there is no need for any further discussions about it out of 
respect for their wishes.
