Can anyone recommend an SVHS deck with both VITC and LTC read and write. The 
Sanyo GVR S-950 fits my budget -just- but has no VITC (more important to me 
than LTC).
As far as features, Panasonic's AG 1970 is high enough quality for my 
nonlinear system. Perhaps there is an outboard reader/writer available? How 
would it hook up though. Guess not. Anyway, any comments would be
