I see you are straying off-topic.  We are talking about folks who mean to
kill people.  Just like soccer mom with her SUV would never mean to kill
anyone, most law-abiding gun owners would not, either.  However, your
non-law-abiders are going to kill someone, whether it be with a gun, or by
plowing an SUV or van into a crowd.

You live in Europe, you should know all about that by now.
