Create the new non-job of "Pay policewoman". This is another one of
those ridiculous laws brought in to force companies to employ more
nonjob holders to ensure they meet new laws.

The law isn't created to actually achieve anything, the government just
wants companies to have more hoops to jump through, resulting in a few
more women in employment doing something pointless. It's like one man
filling a hole, and another digging it.

Oh, and it provides good press.
