EMX 0.9d - http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/os2/dev/emx/v0.9d/

Watcom 11.0c - http://www.openwatcom.org/

Both are free.

EMX is better suited for porting to and from UNIX platforms. Watcom has
better help files from memory, is better suited to writing programs that
run on DOS, Windows & OS/2. It's also still being developed.
