I'm using the following command line in spawnbbs.cmd _after_ the end of the
BBS to get the last caller info into binkley's history file:

btutil32.exe gethist RA 1 c:\ele\lastcall.bbs c:\bink_os2\callhist.all

This seems to work, with one exception: it always reports the _time_ of the
last caller wrong - more precisely, there's a 5 (five) hour difference
between the actual time of the call and what binkley shows via ALT-H; ie,
if the callers entered the BBS at 13:00, binkley reads 18:00.

I'm using EleBBS-OS/2 (gamma3), and I've checked its lastcall.bbs - there,
the login time is OK.

So, anyone have any idea why Binkley considers it necessary to "time
travel" my users 5 hours into the future?
