Germany. And basically all you can do with a stolen car here, is disassembling
it and selling spare parts or by one that's completely burnt, repaint the
chassis and put all the stolen parts into it. But hey, if you're willing to be
a machanic all day long, there's no need for criminal action.

Why? Is it, because they're easier to get?

Why would they shoot you if you're unarmed?

running away gives them a better chance of survival.
