I think it is very obvious to every female reader that the author of
the post is a man who is suffering from a deep sense of self-loathing.
He thinks this is what women think because he has a low opinion of
women and is also probably addicted to pornography that features men
with much larger than average penises and compares himself unfavorably.

We tend to magnify our own perceived imperfections more than others do,
becoming our own worst enemies. And models of so-called perfection are
constantly thrown in our faces. But even those of us who were one of
those "models" suffer from insecurities.
Perhaps the secret of happiness is in finding contentment with the way
one is. But then, of course, advertisers would go out of business.
