Is is actually quite nice to be able to access the messagebase with Perl. I
just wrote a small program that downloads Usenet messages using Net::NNTP
and stores them in a JAM messagebase, it would have been a lot more work to
do it in C or most other languages. I love Perl, I just wish I hadn't
waited until now to learn it. :-)

I've got to admit that the main reason why I am still using zip is that I
am too lazy to learn the syntax of tar. :-)
