JM-> I've got a Maxtech 33.6 modem that is bugging me.
JM-> It refuses to send files... it downloads fine, but if I upload to
JM-> someone other end gets long packet sent during file transfer errors.
JM-> Does anyone know how to fix this? Possibly a new init string?
DH> You know, I have been having that problem myself. Great download cps

DH> I don't think it is the modem though because I know other people using

DH> I would like to get a clue as to what causes this also.
Mine was just the opposite. Fast uploads, VERY slow downloads.
Was only on this one BBS. Cheaper to call out of state, so we
never did figure out the problem.
