When Geraldine Feraro ran as Mondale's vice-president choice, there wasn't any
of this spit-spewing hatred of her present, either before or after the
campaign which she and Mondale lost.


I seem to recall she was treated with respect and courtesy.


The hatred began against Palin almost immediately.


Oh, there were the usual political taunts and put-downs of course. But nothing
even approaching what was hurled at Sarah Palin, either before the campaign
got well underway, or since the campaign has ended.


And continues well after the campaign is over, and she and McCain lost.


And I want to point something out, here:


Had one of us dared to bring up the term *black trash* aimed at Hussein or
Michele Obama, the screaming at us for `racist attitudes' and `hate speech'
would go on in Fido for years afterward.


But the left toss's those terms around with not a flicker of an eyelid!


And `white trash' is definitely a racial taunt. Just as `racial as `black' or
any other skin color used in relation to the word `trash'.


And by the way.......wasn't it Sauer who came apart at the seams over someone
using the term *broad* as a descriptive for a woman? Claimed it was hateful...
or insulting, or some such.


Yes.....I believe it was Sauer who protested so loudly over the term `broad'
being used you'd have thought his target of the moment had used the *n* word!





I wonder that Klahn isn't all over it.
