Hello All!

Having done a test hatch I have now issued a Weekly Echolist.
The annoucement should appear here providing I have not made a mistake allow
the format might need some work if it is possible as it is in normal mode the
same as in ALLFIX_FILE.

For the next few weeks month or two these will be issued weekly with an extra
two characters in the archive name signifying the week number (within year).

Suggect all Moderators including Co-Moderators check their Echo's for any
errors in descriptions and where valid Rules along with the mod details, etc.

Note than many have been issued with a Expiry Warning 1 of 4 and on the last
line is the date it was last updated and the last date of validity (before
expiry notices will be sent out).
