It seems to me it is identical to Craig Schroeder's problem.
I have 200 customers. I sell them one service at one price. I invoice
them once a year. The only variable is the multiple of the one price; it
varies for each of the 200 customers.
That is to say, there are 200 different multiplying factors, one for each
customer but each customer only ever has the one multiplying factor. It
never changes for him.
So, when I create an invoice I bring up the price from the Item list but
then I have to manually enter the variable multiplying factor.
Is there any way I can permanently record the multiplying factor for each
customer so that it comes up with his name in the address box or can I insert
it from some drop-down list?
If I haven't explained myself well enough, let me know and I'll try
ain.
