In FIDO, there are three possibilities:
1. Dia continues
	(let's hear it for #1)
2. Dia stops moderating and turns the conference over to someone else.
3. Dia walks away and abandons it. Then:
	a. anyone interested can volunteer to take it over
	b. if more than one person does so, an election can be had
CONSTITUTION changed hands several months ago, by usurpation. Recently 
changed hands again by the moderator handing it over to someone without 
asking for an election of volunteers. Sort of like putting Dr. Kevorkian 
in as the moderator here.
