???, so you're saying the rich can go wherever they want, with Harley Street
being the desired destination? While the peons die in the dirty hallways of
the socialized hospitals in the slums in other areas of  the UK?

If so (and I very well may still not get your point), at least the
Canadian's socialist policies force their rich to leave the country, and
head on south (for now, until the mega-hospitals in Thailand get more
publicity) to get adequate health care; rather than spending their
additional 1.07 years of life on a long line...

You seem to be saying the elite in the UK can buy their way around the
morass of socialized ineptitude without even the appearance of propriety by
leaving the country for treatment. Yes?
