    This is a new Animated movie from Dreamworks.

    I liked it a touch better than Atlantis the Lost Empire.  The character
animation isn't quite as good, but the backgrounds are luscious.  I found
the personal story engaging.

    It's a toon, so there's lots of toon violence, but no one dies. even
during the seamonster attack, during which there should have been.

    Sinbad sails through a set of challenges worthy of Jason and the
Argonauts (there's even a nod to Harryhousen'a Adventures of Sinbad).  The
world set up would make a decent FRPG world with just a little fleshing
out.

    And they have, of all things, a Snow-Roc.  Scary.

    There's lots of celebrity voices as the selling point to this movie, and
I didn't give a rat's ass.  I can't even tell you who they were.

    This one goes on the shelf right next to Atlantis, Titan A.E. and Iron
Giant.  It's a cool film.
