These statistics were published in 1992 as part of a study which was under-
written by the U.S. Department of Education.  The study was conducted by
graduates from Stanford, Harvard, Loyolla, and Pepperdine Universities.
I am 53 years of age, I never said I was a teacher, I said I was an educator.
I was educated at Wisonsin State University, Erlangen University (Erlangen, 
.
Germany) and received my Doctorate from Cambridge.  I am fluent in 15 lan-
guages. I was 17 years of age when I received my BA from WSU and was a 2nd
Lt. before I turned 18.
As for Teaching, what little my humble education has allowed me to do, I
have taught West Point Cadets, High school students in 5 countries and
even those that would be considered to be in elementary school in this
country, but were in reality high school (gymnasium) students in Germany.
Because of a head injury suffered in Vietnam, I suffer from post traumatic
seizure disorder and am now completely retired save for some work for the
U.S. Government in an advisory role before the World Court.
Why am I in this conference.  Simple, I am doing research on a thesis for a
second doctorate.  I hope to have a Phd in sociology by the end of this
semester.   What is your reason for being here?
