Well, the race is on...

Here's my predictions for this election:

It will be the nastiest, most negative campaign that we have ever seen in Canada.

The Bloc will sweep most of Quebec.

The Liberals will sweep most of Ontario.

The Conservatives will sweep most of Alberta, but will lose seats in
Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and the Maritimes. Peter Mackay will lose
his seat. Stephen Harper will resign after the election.

The NDP will gain seats.

Depending on where the lost Conservative seats go to, there will be a
minority or small majority Liberal government. If most lost Conservative
seats go to the NDP, it will be a Liberal minority. If the Liberals pick
them up, they will win a majority.
