CH> Hmmmm. How about publishing and circulating a publication on how
CH> to make deadly poisons from commonly found ingredients in a mental
CH> hospital? What about censorship there?
RT>If you are asking about the publisher of a book showing which
>ingredients found in hospitals are poisonous, it is done all the time.
> Try the PDR or the hazardous waste journals. If you are talking about a
>hospital publishing its own document on that subject, I don't think that
>they would distribute it to the patients. However, if they did, I
>cannot think of a crime that you could charge them with.
Note the words "publishing and circulating" and "in a mental hospital"
(usually filled with incompetents and psychotics) and then tell me if
you can say "Reckless Endangerment" RD.
