Chuckle. You really don't get it. All your data which the US gov holds will
be made available to an increasing number of foreign governments as std.

Would it be OK for Canada to get your health records such that if you have
some communicable disease or mental illness or whatever, that too can be
used to exclude you?

How about your tax records?

Now if the Gov were the PRC or Saudi or Pakistan?
