If I understand you correctly Rich, you wish to stand back while Iran
develops nuclear weapons (during same development they're publicly
screaming about wiping Israel off the map, decrying the infidels in America
as well as the rest of the west and calling for their demise) because it's
wrong to preemptively defend our position in the world in deference to that
bullshit?

I didn't, and never would, call for genocide (that's what they want), I
asked if it would be prudent to take out their facilities for developing
nuclear weapons before they consummate same and proceed to use them (either
actually or for blackmail) as they explicitly say they will against the
west.

You feel, for all intents and purposes, that we should wait and see if they
use those weapons, then fight back after a few million of us die in Chicago
or any other major metropolitan area.

I say that that is incredibly out of touch with reality. I'd cede your
right to be so out of touch, if it weren't so expensive in our loss of
lives at their hands -- or do you feel their lives are worth more than
ours?
