The problem has been in the reverse direction Gary, ie. a Supra calling a 
R.
 GG> Even more important is your CPS rate.  -That's- what really 
 GG> counts. I'm averaging between 3300-3700cps.
Those are rates more typical of 28.8-31.2kbps links, check your diags to see 
if the modems have not trained downward a step or two. With solid 33.6kbps 
links you should see transfer rates for compressed data in the mid-high 
3900cps range.
