Replying to a message of Rich Wonneberger to Mike Tripp:

The rules message (nominally from me, but sent by Mark Lewis's rulebot)
arrived here in England on the 4th.

I think the problem is simply lack of messages being entered to Fidonet,
particularly in the OS/2 echoes. This is not an uncommon situation,
unfortunately, as OS2PROG has also had zero traffic in the last couple of
weeks.
