Sometimes a duplicate message will get sent to you and fastecho will send it 
to the dupeboard. Other times, if you forget to set up a echo, then the mail 
will not have anywhere to go, so it will go to the badmail echo. I set up a 
badecho area on my bbs that only I have access to, so I can see any bad 
messages that come in.
