Why does everyone have such a difficult time understanding this?  There are
a lot of people, including ones I am related to, who equate legally owning a
gun to being a violent person.  Most people I know who own them are
law-abiding, and many of them have more respect for law enforcement that
the gunless lefties.  Go figure.
