Switzerland is the most militant nation on Earth.
Everybody is trained and armed.  Not just the guys,

There are two countries in Europe that Adolf Hitler did not
even attempt to invade.  One of them was Switzerland.  The other
was Turkey.

Drugs are a real problem in major urban centers in the US.
Police know better than to go into a neighborhood unarmed,

Many Icelanders travel outside their own country, kind of as
a rite of passage.  As such, why would they need a gun of any
