 I have fixed this now through Options -> Directories, by setting the
 view and edit default directories to c:\
 This now allows me to change to any directory from those windows. But
 the default setup would not allow me to get out of c:\tm or any of
 it's subdirectories. Perhaps it had something to do with the fact
 that I applied the upgrade, rather than installing the complete new
 version? Not sure, but I didn't have this difficulty with 4.12...
