subject: TIC processor

Hello, All.

I just got my system back online... :)

I co-wrote TinyTIC, a freeware, open source TIC processor, designed to work
with any BBS. TinyTIC will process the TICs and move the files as well as
create a text message announcement... it's up to the sysop to get the
message into the message bases (using a third party utility-nearly every
BBS package has something available for it that can do that).

It was designed with Synchronet sysops in mind, but it will work with any BBS.

If anyone's interested in it, let me know at the address below and I'll
send it to you. I don't have it up on my website yet.

Oh, it's available for DOS, OS/2, Win32 and Linux. Written in C++ by Mike
Dillon and myself (I mostly wrote the docs and helped test :).

Later,
Sean
