The WinFos version should work with DOS-based BBS systems, as the Winfossil
docs say it. NTCOMM version cannot handle that, but has the same structures of
Win32 Maximus (ntcomm.dll was originally a Maximus library). So use either the
DOS Maximus with WinFOS version or Win32 Maximus with NTCOMM version.
