Alright, since Sean told me to put this here as I've been a little out of
touch, as the subject says, I've released CStats and ALE's source code.
It's only about a decade late but I figure some people might still be
interested in the programs.

You can access / download them from http://sites.google.com/site/gsvalore .
I also put up the various structure conversions I did for some programs like
L.O.R.D. and such that are already available but easier if in one spot.

Pardon the terrible coding in ALE, it was written a long time ago :-D.
