Exactly. In a business climate of ensuring relatively low and
predictable costs, such woman mess things up by being... neither.

And, one great proof of the non existance of sex based pay
discrimination is that,. if it really existed, firms would rush
to hire more of the lower paid types of workers, and fewer of
the higher paid workers.

Since thats not happening, the so called discrimination doesn't
exist.
