Telix defines the PgUp and PgDn keys to start uploads and downloads in 
"normal" mode.  In "doorway" mode these keys simply send their normal scan 
codes, which are passed on to the comm port rather than being acted on by 
Telix.
It's called "doorway mode" because it's usually BBS games that require these 
sorts of keystrokes, and games on BBS system are usually run through 
"doorways".
