I had the same problem with PDox 4.0 DOS and also with 4.5 DOS.
As far as i can tell it has something to do with the use off the mouse. If i 
do not use the mouse i can work at least 30 min. (didn't try longer ) 
without problems and with mouse use i get that error and sometimes within a 
few clicks.
I reported this problem to the Borland support in the Netherlands and got no 
solution at all. Nothing usefull.
Asked someone from Borland via Internet and he was really helpfull and asked 
for me at CompuServe but he only got some response with "i have this also" 
and no real solution.
