Hello Everybody,

Should welfare recipients be sterilized as a condition to
remain on welfare?  If so, who would pay for such a procedure?
Not even insurance companies provide such coverage for working
folks.  Conservatives seem to like the idea, even going so far
as to make it a new publicly-funded government program ...
